 Trustees meet annually to review the program's progress, proposals, activities, and expenditures carried out by the Directors, who conduct the Program's daily operations. These Trustees also advise the Directors, share in the naming of the Directors, and enjoy full access at all times to all program records and activities. The Honorary Trustees serve exclusively as advisors, though they reserve the right to assume at any time any of the responsibilities of the regular Trustees.
