POST-SEMESTER FAMILY CONSULTATIONS
Date, Location, and Time: See Semester Schedule
ATTENDANCE: Student and
at least one Parent must attend.
AGENDA:
Each family (Student plus at least one Parent) will participate in a
private 15-minute consultation with the Student's Coach, in the
Student's usual classroom. Click Here for each Family's scheduled time slot.
MATH CLASSES
1. Final Exam scores.
SAT & Assessment Test.
Comparassion to Baseline scores.
Evaluation of "Neat & Complete", which is the only way that we can evaluate the Student's technical comprehension.
Family keeps all Baseline & Final exam material. (Answer Sheets should contain all score info.)
2. Semester Chapter Scores.
Students have all their material from the semester. Each
Chapter Answer Sheet should contain all Chapter score info, and have
stapled to it all the Tests for that Chapter. STUDENTS SHOULD
BRING ALL THEIR WORK TO THE CONSULTATION. If students fail to bring
their semester work, then Coaches cannot discuss this work in the
consultation.
Evaluation of Scores & Progress.
Evaluation of "Neat & Complete": Coach will discuss the Chapter Test "Proofs" that students worked to solve Test problems.
Family keeps all Semester work.
3. Semester Attendance.
Percent time in class.
Percent of Reading Requirement.
Compliance with Required Materials (Book, Dictionary, Calculator).
Behavior (enthusiasm, cooperation, etc.)
4. Family Feedback to Coach. Coach will take notes on Family Feedback form.
